Jamar Fulton is a native of Philadelphia, PA, born and raised in the Germantown part of the city. Graduated from Delaware State University with a bachelor’s in business and a Master’s in Sport Management. Jamar started his career coaching running back and leading video operations for the Delaware State Universities Football team.
