Part IV:  Monitoring Resistance

This final session in the series is about monitoring and managing resistance to change. 
Here we’ll participate in role plays and group debriefs to afford everyone the chance to 
practice applying what we've learned along the way.  Action plans will be finalized.



  Part I:  Change Readiness

The session will focus on laying the foundation for leading through change by having participants assess their readiness for change, 

think strategically about the process of change, and explore the optimal leadership behaviors necessary to realize the desired change results.


Part II:  Messaging Change

We’ll expose some much needed perspective on what to consider when communicating about change, practice messaging in times of change, and build an action plan for improving.


Part III:  Supporting Others

During this virtual session we’ll profile different types of people who are stakeholders in change, 
discuss how what we perceive about others effects howwe lead and 
continuing building our action plans for improvement.
