The NBMBAA is committed to providing a platform for emerging and seasoned leaders to grow, connect and succeed!  We leverage leadership development opportunities, networking events with other minority professional organizations as well as corporate partner affiliations to support the advancement of black professionals.

The Annual National Conference & Exposition in addition to recognizing the contributions of leaders within our Chapter and region are also key to our commitment.
